Journeying to Self is the lost empowering journey one can embark on and when I signed up with InUWell that is exactly what I got.  A comprehensive series of tests ensued and whenever one hears the words tests one becomes nervous thank goodness for my wellness banker, she guided me through the process with kindness and care. My anxiety was soon put to rest as results came in and clues to what was strong and what needed support in my DNA unlocked mysteries and I started to understand my body better. Let’s just say everyone should have this road map to guide one as it is a powerful guide to wellness and well care. My journey continues, I have the tools to live my best life.

My experience with Wellcare has been incredibly enriching. Offering me a wealth of information and expert guidance on my health journey. The professional care I received from every expert involved was outstanding. The program proved to be highly informative, equipping me with all the essential knowledge to lead a healthier life. I am truly delighted to be one of the earliest participants in the Wellcare Journey. I have in various times in my life undertaken a rigorous physical regimen or followed an eating plan aimed at optimizing my mental and physical wellbeing. This has been the first time that all of my previous endeavors have been scientifically and personally curated to provide me with a holistic and integrated approach to Wellcare. The ease of communicating with my Wellcare Banker and coordination with various service providers has made this experience one that I strongly recommend to people that are serious and committed to maximizing their quality of life.

Thank you WellCare for involving me in your Pilot program. It has been both a learning involvement for my personal wellbeing and an enlightening experience on what can be achieved on a personalised care/medicine. Before the start of this program, I was worried that my heart would limit my ability to exercise. My CPET test showed that my heart was functioning normally and that I could continue to exercise safely. Astrology session helped me in gaining self-awareness (by making me aware of my strengths and weaknesses, motivations, and fears), improving relationships, and finding my purpose. Gut Microbiome test indicated imbalances in my gut flora. Here, I would suggest involving a gut microbiome specialist within the program who can develop a personalized treatment plan to restore the gut health. Going forward, I would advise to involve the psychological counselling/support as receiving information about genetic risks can cause anxiety or distress for some individuals.
